Agents: Edit or Delete Searches

Agents can edit or delete their own searches or their clients' searches.

Where can I find my saved searches?

You will find all your saved searches under the listing feed to which you saved them. Your personal agent feed will appear at the top of your feeds, followed by your clients in order of most recently active.

How do I edit a saved search?

Once a search is saved, you can easily make edits to the locations, filters, and even the name of the search, by following these steps:

  1. Open the "..." menu to the right of the client feed's name, where your search is saved

  2. Click on "Edit Searches"

  3. Click on the name of the search you wish to edit

  4. This will open your previously saved map to make any modifications you need

  5. Once your edits are complete, click on "Save Edits"

Some of the most common edits that will be made to a saved search include:

  • Adding new locations to expand your search area

  • Removing locations to focus on a more specific area

  • Adjusting your price range or budget

  • Adding or removing HOA properties

  • Updating your property type or sub-property type

  • Excluding options from amenities or property details

When I edit a search, will the listings in my client’s feed update?

Yes, once you save edits to your search, your listing feed will update automatically to add any new properties or remove properties that no longer match your criteria.

Note: Properties that you or another feed member have previously taken action on will remain in your feed, even if they do not match your currently saved search(s). These actions include saving a listing, hiding a listing, leaving a note, sending a listing in chat, or requesting a tour of a listing.

How do I delete a search I no longer need?

To delete a search you no longer need, you will:

  1. Open the "..." menu to the right of the existing feed's name, where your search is saved

  2. Click on "Edit Searches"

  3. Click on the name of the search you wish to delete

  4. This will open your previously saved map to make any modifications you need

  5. In the top right corner, open the second "..." menu

  6. Click on "Delete Search" and confirm

When I delete a search, will the listings in my client’s feed be removed?

Yes, once you delete a saved search, your listing feed will update automatically to remove properties that no longer match your criteria.

Note: Properties that you or another feed member have previously taken action on will remain in your feed, even if they do not match your currently saved search(s). These actions include saving a listing, hiding a listing, leaving a note, sending a listing in chat, or requesting a tour of a listing.

Can I manage searches saved by my clients or Co-Agents?

Yes, all feed members have access to edit or delete all of their saved searches.

Can my clients and Co-Agents manage searches that I have saved?

Yes, all feed members have access to edit or delete all of their saved searches. .

Will my clients get a notification when I edit a search?

Yes, all of the feed members will be notified when a new search is saved or when edits are made to an existing search.

Will my clients get a notification when I delete a search?

No, feed members will not be notified when a search is deleted.

My client saved a new search, and I would like to see what filters and locations they added, but I do not want to make any changes. How do I see that information?

To view the criteria that are currently set on a saved search, you will follow the same steps used to edit the search, but this time, you will not be saving any edits.

  1. Open the "..." menu to the right of the listing feed's name, where the search is saved

  2. Click on "Edit Searches"

  3. Click on the name of the search you wish to edit

  4. This will open your previously saved map to make any modifications you need

  5. Look through the filters on the left side of your screen if you are using a laptop or computer, and the top of your screen if you are using our mobile app

  6. Once you're finished, click on "Cancel"
