What is a Co-agent?
A Co-agent is another agent working on Zenlist that you would like to share your client with. Adding a Co-agent is an excellent solution for teams, partners, admins, and assistants or covering extended travel times when you will be unavailable to help your client.
Agents on the Starter plan are allowed to be invited as a co-agent, but cannot initiate a co-agent relationship. Agents on the Pro subscription can initiate collaboration with one co-agent, and agents on the Top Agent plan can connect with an unlimited number of co-agents.
What permissions does a Co-agent have?
Co-agents can do everything you can when interacting with a client feed, including:
Accessing contact information
View, edit, or delete saved searches
Add new saved searches
Access client activity, like notes, saved listings, tour requests, etc
View, edit, delete, and add new tour folders
Add and remove Co-buyers
Access chat threads, send messages, and share listings
Move properties to the hidden folder
and more
The only thing a Co-agent cannot do is delete or archive a client feed.
How do I add a Co-agent to one of my clients?
To add a Co-agent to your active client, you will want to:
Open your Zenlist account
Locate the client feed you wish to invite your Co-agent to
Open the "..." menu to the right of their name
Choose "Edit buyers and Co-agents"
"Invite New" - "Agent"
Search for the name of your Co-agent
And confirm you wish to add the Co-agent to this client
Pro tip: Add your Co-agents in the same workflow as inviting a client! After adding all of your Co-buyers, click to "Invite New Agent" and search for the name of your Co-agent. Inviting your Co-agent when you invite your clients will save time and keep everyone connected from the very start.

After accepting a request to collaborate as a Co-agent, you can remove yourself from this feed by:
Opening your Zenlist account
Locate the client feed you wish to update

Does my Co-agent have to have a Zenlist account to accept my request?
Each agent working on Zenlist must have their own account before accepting a collaboration request or working as a Co-agent on a client feed. Agents on the Starter plan are allowed to be invited as a co-agent, but cannot initiate a co-agent relationship. Agents on the Pro subscription can initiate collaboration with one co-agent, and agents on the Top Agent plan can connect with an unlimited number of co-agents.
Can I have more than one Co-agent on a client feed?
You can have as many Co-agents and Co-buyers as you wish on a single client feed, depending on your subscription!
