To sign up for a Zenlist agent account, you will need to have a membership through your local MLS. The process for signing up for Zenlist differs for each MLS, based on MLS rules. Find your MLS below for instructions on how to sign up for Zenlist.

Important note: your access to MLS data via Zenlist is contingent on your membership with that MLS. In the event your MLS membership goes inactive/suspended you will no longer be able to access listings from that MLS via Zenlist.

For members of:

  • Bay Area/East Contra/Bridge - Contra Costa, CA

  • BrightMLS - DC/Philadelphia/Baltimore/New Jersey

  • BAREIS - Northern California

  • CRMLS - California

  • GNIAR - Northwest Indiana

  • MetroMLS - Milwaukee, WI

  • MRED - Chicagoland/Northern Illinois

  • MIBOR - Indianapolis, IN

  • MICHRIC - Michigan

  • MLSListings - Monterey, CA

  • OneKey - New York

  • SFAR - San Francisco, CA

This will be simple :-) Just go to Zenlist.com, click Sign Up, and process through the prompts! You'll need to enter your MLS ID/username, so please have that handy.

In some of these markets, we'll be required to have your Managing Broker sign a form via your MLS authorizing your use of that MLS data within Zenlist. If this applies to your market, we will follow up with you about this and your continued account access will be contingent on this authorization being completed.

Your MLS may charge agents/brokers a small fee for accessing their MLS data within a third-party vendor such as Zenlist. Check with your MLS for further information about any additional fees that might be due to them directly.


For members of:

  • FMLS - Atlanta, GA

If you are an agent with Ansley, you can just go to Zenlist.com and click Sign Up.

If your brokerage has not officially partnered with Zenlist, FMLS requires that you first "enable" your individual account for Zenlist access through FMLS. Please follow these steps:

1) Sign in to the FMLS Marketplace using your FMLS login.
2) Select "Browse Products".

3) Search for and select "Zenlist".

4) On the Zenlist Product Detail page, enter the subscription URL https://zenlist.com, select "Choose Agent Level Subscription", and then click "Create Subscription.

After completing this process, Zenlist will be notified by FMLS that you are confirmed to be an FMLS subscriber and we will be able to "enable" your account. We will enable your account within 5 minutes. That means you can come back to zenlist.com then, click Sign Up, and create your account through a couple of simple prompts.
