This article refers to "Private" listings from MRED MLS, which is a status of listing specific to that MLS. This article does not refer to office exclusive listings available within some brokerages.

In MRED MLS, a private listing must be marked as "Y" to the question "Can this listing be shared with Clients?" in order to be visible on Zenlist.

That field looks like this:

If "N" is marked here, MRED rules require us to withhold this listing from visibility, and therefore you will not find it in Zenlist.

If your listing is currently marked "N" for this field but you would like it to be visible in Zenlist, simply change the field to "Y" and within about a minute, it will be visible on Zenlist.
