What is a Zenlink Public Profile?

Your Zenlink Public Profile is a unique URL that is connected to your Zenlist account and allows your leads to funnel directly into the platform you are already using with clients, Zenlist!

Why should I use my Zenlink Public Profile?

This is a great question. You can read more about the benefits of the Zenlink at get.zenlist.com/zenlink, but here are just a few of the reasons we love the Zenlink:

  • SEO-optimization

  • Complete customization

  • Unique to you and your account

  • A single link to replace all links that can easily be shared anywhere and with anyone

  • Entirely replaces the need for any third-party link services, which means you have one less account to manage

  • Included in the cost of your subscription

  • Offers a better connection between you and your leads

  • You do not have to pay for the leads that come through your Zenlink

  • We're always adding features and sections to make your Zenlink more advanced

Your profile is also directly connected to public branded pages that are shared outside of Zenlist, allowing you to add a personal touch with texting or emailing listing links to clients.

How does my Zenlink work?

Your Zenlink can be found and customized inside of your account under the Public Profile settings. Once you are happy with your customization, you can take the URL or QR code and integrate it anywhere you'd like.

Pro Tip: We offer marketing materials here to help you get started!

When a new lead clicks on this link, they will see your customized page and the option to request access to Zenlist and begin working with you! To sign up for an account with you, they will:

  1. Enter their name and email address

  2. Then, they will be asked to verify their email address to ensure they are a real human

  3. Once verified, all of their details are sent over to you as a lead request in Zenlist!

You will be notified via email, push notification, and within the app that you have a new lead waiting for you. That looks something like this:

You will then click on "Review" and choose to accept or reject that lead.

  • Accepting that lead will allow them to begin searching, and you will work with them as you would any other client.

You will reject that lead if this is someone you are not interested in working with and they will not be granted access to Zenlist.

How do Public Branded Pages work?

You can't share a listing within Zenlist if the client is not yet on Zenlist. You can, however, share a listing link with anyone you like.

A Public Branded Page is a public-facing URL with information about a listing. This is a great way to share listings with clients who are not yet active on Zenlist, or to promote your own listings. There is a prompt for any viewer of this link to "Request Access" to Zenlist via your account.

Each Public Branded Page is directly connected to your Zenlink Public Profile. This helps keep you and your branding consistent, encouraging leads to request work with you in Zenlist.

You'll find these Public Branded Pages on each listing details page, right below the Google Map location.

What can I customize for my Zenlink?

Different subscription models - Starter, Pro, Top Agent allow you to include, remove, or update any of the following sections:

  1. Personal Information: Name, quote, and button text

  2. Contact Info: Email address and phone number

  3. Bio: Fun facts and long text bio

  4. URL Links: Link to any other website, such as your personal website, YouTube channel, calendly, vendor recommendation, or any other resource. Add as many links as you want!

  5. Google Reviews: Integrated with Google Business (Must be listed as a Hybrid business)

  6. Zillow Reviews: Integrated with Zillow Profile - cut and paste your email address directly from Zillow to link your reviews

  7. Listing Map: Your active and closed listings over the last 24 months, up to 100 listings

  8. All-Time Stats: Show all of your sales statistics for all time

  9. Video: Embed an introduction video for your clients to view.

What are the best practices for customizing my Zenlink?

Each agent and their brand will be a little different, so trust your instincts! Only add the sections and details that you're comfortable with. However, if you need a little help getting started, we've compiled the following guidelines to spark inspiration and help you get started with your Zenlink stress-free.

Standard Best Practices - Recommend for everyone:

  1. Main Profile: Add a headshot and a quick introduction of yourself in the quote text section.

  2. Contact Info: Double-check to confirm that your phone number and email address are correct so that leads know how to get in touch with you!

  3. Socials: Connect your social media channels here, if you have them

Extra Credit Best Practices - Recommend if you are looking to get the most out of your profile:

  1. Bio: Share more about yourself here! Specialties, experience, achievements, how your career started, and fun facts. Your Zenlink may be the first time your prospective clients hear about you and how you can help them in the home-buying or selling journey. Spending a little time on your bio can help you connect and build trust with your prospective clients.

  2. URL Link: If you have a personal website, lead magnets, published writing, market reports, or other resources available to the public, link them here! Keep the titles short and sweet, and clearly communicate what you are linking. The value you can provide early on, the more trust you'll build with your clients. You can have as many links as you like, but be sure to only link the URL(s) that are impactful to avoid cluttering up your profile.

  3. Video: Whether it's a video introduction of yourself, b-roll from a recent listing, a recent podcast you hosted, or mastermind sessions, link it here! Don't overload your profile with too many videos; keep it simple with 1-2 videos. If you have a YouTube channel or Podcast that is regularly updated, link that in the socials or URL sections.

  4. Listing Map & 24 Month Stats: Completely optional, but a great tool to visually share your resume of work with clients. If you're a new agent and are still working on your resume, it's completely fine to remove these sections.

  5. Zillow & Google Reviews: If you have them, link them! Early on in the process, hearing what others have experienced working with you can validate your value and make a big impact on your business.

  6. Main Profile: If you're connecting Zillow or Google reviews, toggle those recaps on so that your star rating is at the very top of your profile and included on your public branded pages!

How do I share my Zenlink?

You can share your Zenlink in two major ways;

  1. As a downloadable QR code (Pro or Top Agent)

  2. Or as a direct URL or hyperlink

Both options are a great way to incorporate your Zenlink into any marketing efforts.

We would recommend using your Zenlink as your personal website! Here are some other ideas to get your creative juices flowing:

  • In your social media bios, like Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube and LinkedIn

  • On flyers and mailers

  • In your blog posts and email blasts

  • In open houses and property info sheets

  • Email signatures

  • Business cards

  • Gifts and referrals

  • Signage, posters, billboards, or even car wraps

The possibilities are endless.

Don't forget about those marketing materials here!

Find your Zenlink on your desktop

You will find all of your Zenlink settings and preferences in the Branding tab of your left navigation menu, here:

Find your Zenlink on the mobile app

On the app on your phone, your Zenlink settings and preferences are found in the Account Tab of your account, in the bottom right-hand corner, here:

How do I review or accept my Zenlink leads?

You can review and accept your leads manually, or automatically.

To manually review your leads, by reviewing each lead individually inside of the "Requests" tab of your client list. Reviewing your leads manually allows for you to be more selective about which leads you approve to access Zenlist.

To review your leads manually:

  1. Start in your list of clients.

  2. Open the "Requests" folder.

  3. Then, click "Review" next to the lead's name.

  4. Choose to "Accept" or "Reject this request, click

    here"

Alternatively, you can set your account to automatically accept all of the leads that come from your Zenlink. Automatically accepting your leads eliminates the delay a client would experience in waiting for you to review their request.

To enable "Auto-accept clients", you will:

  1. Open your Account Page, in the bottom left corner on a computer and bottom right corner on our mobile app.

  2. Choose the section "App Defaults"

  3. Then, turn ON the toggle for "Auto-accept clients"
