Zenlist offers a variety of open house tools to make searching, viewing, and getting alerted to upcoming open house activity easy. On Zenlist, you'll be able to:
Customize notifications by client group to receive a weekly open house alert on Fridays tailored to a specific client's saved search.
View a client feed to see a real-time list of upcoming open houses throughout the week.
Filter your search to view upcoming open houses throughout your market, in a specific area, or near your exact location.
How to: Set Up Open House Alerts
To set up open house alerts, locate the client group and turn open house alerts on. This allows you to receive a weekly email on Friday mornings showing upcoming open houses over the weekend that match that specific client's search criteria.
Once you've found the client group, tap the "..." next to their name and select Agent Notifications. After selecting agent notifications, you'll be able to edit both your email and push alerts. When editing, check Open Houses and save your preferences to begin receiving alerts on Fridays.
How to: View a Real-Time List of Open Houses
Select a client feed to view a real-time list of upcoming open houses that match your client's search criteria. This list updates automatically as new open houses are added to the MLS, so check back often to see if anything new pops up.
To view, locate the client feed you'd like to see, then select Open Houses from the horizontal bar just below listing updates.
How to: Search for Open Houses
Search for open houses on Zenlist by selecting the Search tab. Once in search, select Filters, then locate the Open House filter and turn it on. Once selected, this will display only listings with an upcoming open house.
Add a location to your search to look for open houses in a specific area. On mobile, use the Locate Me option to find open houses near your current location.
Pro Tip: After selecting Filters, search for the open house filter by typing “open” in the filter search bar to quickly find it.
How to: Market Open Houses with Zenlist
