When an agent's MLS ID becomes inactive, the MLS will send Zenlist that information, and the agent's ID will show as inactive in our database. Below are the steps that are taken when Zenlist receives the update that the MLS ID is now inactive:
When an agent ID on an account becomes inactive, the agent has 30 days to have their ID reactivated.
The agent will receive an automated email warning them that their MLS membership will be removed, and/or account shut down, if the ID is not reactivated within 30 days.
Once 30 days have passed: if the MLS ID has not been reactivated, it will be removed from the agent account. Agents and their clients will no longer be able to see listings from this MLS. If the MLS ID in question is the only MLS ID on the account, the account will be deleted at the end of the current paid period. The agent and all clients connected will lose access to Zenlist after the current paid period ends.
The above process also applies to eXp agents. If the eXp agent information becomes inactive, the same steps will apply.
