Step by Step Visual of the Client Sign-Up Process

Below we have step by step-by-step screenshots to take you through your client's process of signing up!

  1. After you send your clients an invitation, they will receive an email inviting them to collaborate with you in Zenlist. Your client will access that email and select, Create Account to begin the signup process.

Clients are prompted to create an account with an email and a private password, similar to social media accounts like Pinterest and Instagram. Your invitation code should be sent only once to initiate the invitation. Once your client is Active within your Zenlist account, they will simply want to sign in with their email address and password.

2. Your client will then select which sign-in method they would like to use. If your client selects Google, Apple, or Facebook, they may be asked to enter their social account log in to connect the accounts. For this example, I have selected Email.

3. They will then confirm their account and login credentials, such as their first and last name, as well as their email address, and set their own password.

4. If they select to sign up via email, they will be then asked to verify the email address that was entered by entering a code sent to their email. The client will need to open up their email, retrieve the code in a different tab, and ensure they do not close the current Zenlist tab they are on.

5. Your client will then confirm they are connecting to you as their agent.

6. Your client will now begin to select their account settings, starting with notification preferences. This is the frequency of notifications for listings associated with their feed & searches.

7. Your client can add specific areas they would like to be updated about in a Market Report - this could be selected by zip code or city name. This section is optional, and can be skipped by selecting Next. Your client can edit those areas in their Search Tool > Location Bar > Hotsheets

8. Your client can opt into direct communication from your Preferred Lenders, otherwise they can select No which would not automatically share their contact information with your Preferred Lenders.

9. Once your client selects Next then they will be brought to their Zenlist Feed to begin searching for their forever home!
