Start in the Search tab:

In the Search field at the top of the page, begin typing the MLS area name, MLS area ID, city, neighborhood, county, school, district, zip code, or specific address you would like to use in your search. Pre-defined boundaries that match what you've typed will begin to populate below. Select the desired option.

If you select a specific address, you will be brought to the listing detail page for that listing. If you select an MLS area, city, neighborhood, school, district, county, or zip code, the boundaries will appear on the map and filter your search results to just that area.

You may add multiple boundaries to a single search. Adding multiple boundaries expands your search to include results within any of those boundaries.

When searching for MLS areas type in the area number in the location bar at the top, and it will then populate under Community Areas where you can then click to add it to your search

To search by a custom boundary area, read this article.
