As an agent who uses Zenlist, is there anything I need to do?
There is nothing you need to do at this time! Your Zenlist account will continue to operate as normal, and any paid subscription you have will continue to bill on your typical invoicing schedule.
What does this mean for Zenlist’s MLS customers?
Realtor.com’s acquisition of Zenlist will not affect any of the services and benefits MLSs and their subscribers receive today. Realtor.com will continue to honor the terms of existing Zenlist contracts.
What does this mean for Zenlist MLS feed partners?
As the owner of Zenlist, Move Sales, Inc. intends to continue to operate and perform all of Zenlist's obligations under Zenlist's existing agreement(s) with your MLS – in order to provide services to those Zenlist customers who are your subscribers.
What will happen with our clients' information now that Zenlist has been acquired? Is it going to remain private, or is Realtor.com now going to have access to this information, and ultimately use the information for other purposes?
